ERIN by Erin Fetherston Spring 2013

When I found this video in my inbox yesterday, I knew I had to share it. I have been following Erin Fetherston's progress and success in the fashion industry for about a year now, and she is killing it! I love so many pieces from her new Spring line. She has even designed a dress, a top, and a pair of pants with a fun pink/red lips design on them... awesome! Be sure to take a look! Also, the lovely voice in the Spring 2013 video is Alexandra McDermott. Alexandra is a 17 year old from Oregon who is an up and coming music artist as well as fashion lover. From Refinery 29: Newbie songstress Alexandra McDermott appeared at an Erin Fetherston casting last fall, and Fetherston saw a few of McDermott's YouTube videos afterward. The two fell in career-love, with Fetherston casting McDermott to appear in her spring lookbook and an exclusive-to-R29 video, in which the young starlet's powerful voice accompanies footage of her prepping, modeling, and performing at the spring '13 show.

Says Fetherson, "As soon as I met Alexandra, I fell in love with her look and once I heard her sing, I was blown away by her incredible talent. I like the idea of finding new, undiscovered talent and collaborating together in a way that helps give them a platform. I think that is artistic collaboration at its best."
