Sometimes you can see things in a completely new way when you look from a different perspective. These images really caught my eye in the way they truly show you fashion up close. I love the bright pink lips and the sparkles on the necklace. Happy Tuesday! 

Best of the Oscars 2013

One of my favorite events of Winter is the Oscars Red Carpet! The stars always look so glamorous and are dressed so well. Although the actual show is a little less entertaining (to me) than the Grammys or a musical awards show... the fashion is never disappointing! 

How amazing does Charlize Theron look in this sleek white Christian Dior gown!

 George Clooney and Stacy Keibler look gorgeous together!

 I love the amazing detail (especially towards the bottom) in Amanda Seifred's Alexander McQueen dress!

A Boy's World: Southern Prep

The best thing about growing up in the South is all the boys' preppy apparel! Within the past several years, so many new brands have taken off based on the idea of the southern gentleman. Just a few include Southern Tide, Southern Proper, Vineyard Vines, Southern Marsh, and Southern Shirt Co. As the temperatures begin to rise, all the southern ladies can get excited to see all the boys dressed in their preppiest gear. From needlepoint to seersucker to plaid polos to colorful bowties... the southern gentlemen have it all! 

A colorful watch can brighten up any plain outfit... definitely a necessity!

Stepping into Spring

 The neutral sandals and colorful spring shoes have entered stores! I always love neutral sandals for spring and summer, because they are so easy to transition from day to night and wear with so many different outfits. Also, I love sandals with an ankle strap for a polished look that adds more detail! And no spring wardrobe would be complete without a pop of color (like these Kate Spade bow flats)! London Fashion Week 2013

If I could be anywhere right now, I would definitely be in London for fashion week! I would love to be waking up here

and watching the sunset here!

Anyways, since we cannot all be in London this week... Style.com has been following all the shows and designers to keep us up to date! One of my favorites has definitely been Burberry Prorsum. The silhouettes, lines, and textiles are always so classic and lovely. I am really loving the stripes, animal prints, and outerwear! The designer Christopher Bailey called the new collection "Trench Kisses"... I just love that... It sums it up perfectly!
