Studs + Shoes

I have loved these Valentino studded shoes for so long! I cannot wait for the day I actually have somewhere I can where them, so I will have an excuse to purchase them!

Paint + Perfume

I have had the itch to paint something new lately. Today I had nothing planned, and I finally got to do just that! I have seen several variations of the Chanel No. 5 Perfume with "dripping" Chanel letters on it, so I came up with a little variation of that. I also decided to try it with other perfumes. I am not sure where I am going to put these yet, but I think they would look so cute over a desk or in a bathroom!

Milan Fashion Week Fall 2014: Gucci

Moving on to Milan, Frida Giannini showed a gorgeous Gucci collection that she described as "boyish romanticism." The collection was full of more pastel colors than black, which I cannot wait to see on the streets next fall. The only thing I did not love was the snake print boots.

A chic, all black look. I really love this belt and the way it shapes the dress.

I really like the ruffles down the front and the pastel blue.

More pastel!

Love the neckline and shape of the top of the dress.

My favorite look of all!

London Fashion Week Fall 2014

Okay, so now that the shows have moved across the Atlantic... Let's talk London Fashion Week! I am seeing so many looks that I just LOVE. Two major trends being seen in London are scarves and belts. I love both of these accessories and what they add to each of the looks.

Issa is always a classic and a favorite of Kate Middleton's. She is a genius when it comes to working with satin jersey!

Next is Burberry Prorsum, again a classic, and I love what Christopher Bailey is doing with the brand! All of the looks from this show were very color coordinated with belts, scarves and handbags.

Osman, a Central Saint Martins graduate's label, is fairly new, and I adore his prints and fabrics.

Last, but certainly not least, is my favorite so far this week: Temperley London. I love how all of the looks so polished and finished. They are all so elegantly put together, I can see myself wearing all of them! I also liked the mix of prints and fabrics to make the collection very dynamic. And once again, there was an emphasis on scarves.

NYFW Look of the Day

After seeing photos from many of the shows today, this is the outfit that really caught my eye. It is look number 10 from Nanette Lepore's show. I love the bright berry colored coat... I really wish I had it to wear now!

NYFW: DVF

To be honest, as soon as I started seeing pictures pop up on my instagram feed from Diane Von Furstenburg's show, I was in LOVE. Happy 40th Anniversary DVF! I thought it was awesome how she covered the floors and walls surrounding the runway in her iconic prints. The overall look of the presentation was amazing, and it seemed like every single tiny detail was covered. My favorite part of her show, though, was the finale with her 15 gold wrap dresses. As the models took their final walk, gold confetti fell from the ceiling to put an exclamation point on everything. The contrast of the gold and metallic fabrics against the black and white print on the runway was perfect! DVF truly made a statement. I love that about her... she is never afraid to speak up or be bold!

Watch this video to see some of the show!

These are my favorite looks!
